Now than I'm older and a recovering alcoholic, I'm very disappointed in my friend's mom, who would allow us to get drunk. If I hadn't have had so much access to alcohol, at such a young age, I may not have ended up with drinking problems. I had no idea what I was getting myself into, but she was an adult and should have used better judgement, especially with someone else's child.
