Energy Drinks; Do you drink them?


Recently I've gotten into drinking energy drinks. I'm not really sure if it really does increase my energy although I like to think it does. All it probably does is increse my heart rate for ten minutes, and I think I may be starting to become addicted to them because I notice I get headaches on days that I don't drink them. I like Rockstar or Monster the best, especially the Rockstar Juiced ones. Naturally of course.

lol better than tea or coffee... but the whole can is filled to the brim with sugar basically!

They make me go crazy!! + there 100 times better tasting than coffee...

I like Monster. I really do not think that they increase my energy any more than a normal soda does, though.
