Sure, they can come to my town. You do realize they can't hurt you if they're locked up in a prison? And how many of them have even been found guilty...? This is ridiculous to detain people like this for so long without trial.

Of course, you have a whole new headache on your hands now... You have to put all these people somewhere. You can't do the kind of thing that was done to those inmates (whether they were guilty or not) without having repurcussions.
