Do you think New Moon the movie will be better than Twilight the movie because it has a bigger budget?

okay this is a longer question but im honestly curious because i think twilight was a much better book than new moon (mostly because edward was in it more) but i saw the movie 4 twilight and with a budget that low it was pretty funny (when edward sparkled it looked like he was sweating) so could the less exciting book be the more realistic movie? ill let u decide! :)
