People aren't very organized.  Paper is easy to sorta-organize haphazardly, and clutter eventually forces people to try harder...  When you haphazardly organize things in a computer, they get lost and there isn't any clutter to force you to fix it once in a while. It'll be a generation and some awesome software before normal people reap the full benefits.

som ppl get an email then print it out to read it then put it in a filing cabenit wen thay could have just read it on the screen an saved it on the computor...

especially in Government, State and City offices, their will also be paper!!
