Which Oprah do you prefer?

Oprah Winfrey says she is "embarrassed" that she has "fallen off the wagon" with her diet and ballooned to 200 pounds.  The January issue of her O magazine has the 54-year-old talk show goddess writing: "I look at my thinner self and think, 'How did I let this happen again?' I'm embarrassed. I'm mad at myself."

The AP remembers how "Winfrey famously wheeled a wagon loaded with fat on to the set of her talk show in 1988 to represent a 67lb weight loss while wearing a pair of size 10 Calvin Klein jeans. She had lost the weight with a liquid protein diet."

At one time Oprah weighed 237 pounds.  In 1990 she proclaimed "I'll never diet again."
