There are actually more than 6,000 people in the US named Buster (www.howmanyofme.com/search).  Famous people named “Buster” include Buster Keaton (silent film star), Buster Douglas (knocked out Mike Tyson) and Buster Brown (comic strip character dating back to 1902).

it's kinda cute but the novelty may wear off quickly. i mean, it's kind of a pet's name....
