Sexting: Do you do it?

"Sexting" is sexual text messages, involving words, pictures, and often both -- and apparently it's becoming all the rage with teens.  What teens don't often understand, according to Associated Content, is that "sexting someone could result in one's private message, picture, song, poem, etc., getting forwarded to other cell phones, saved to personal computers, uploaded onto the internet and onto social networking sites like Facebook and MySpace, or any other manner of electronic dissemination. It can become a source of embarrassment and scandal."

On a related note, two Seattle area high school cheerleaders were kicked off the squad after nude photos became a sexting sensation.  The girls' parents are now suing the school.  More on the naked cheerleaders here.
