Russian naval ships have arrived in Venezuela for military training. Neither of these countries are known as allies of the United States of America on any issue.

If you're asking if I think that they are planning some kind of military strike, I do not think that they are.

They should be no more worried than Russia is about the United States building nuclear launch pads and reactors in Eastern Europe.
