Do you believe that "Buddha Boy" is really a reincarnation of the Buddha?

In Nepal, 18 year old Ram Bahadur Bomjam has been meditating motionless for months without food, water or sleep since 2005. The "Buddha Boy" fled the town of Neejgad, a town in the Bara Distract for the jungle, to continue his meditations. He has been blessing visitors there for 10 days.

The government says that he is not a reincarnation of the Buddha, Siddartha Gautama, because he is too young, a true Buddha would need more life experiences. They see he is merely a youngster who has achieved startling reaches in Meditation.
