This photo is of a ceiling painting in the renovated Room XX in the Geneva United Nations Offices. The painting was done under commission by contemporary Spanish artist, Barcelo. Room XX will host the UN Human Rights Council.

I think it sends a subliminal message, something like stained glass so as not to distract what's at eye level.

I do. It is very colorful and cerebral. I think that it is inspiring. Very appropriate as a mural for a human rights office.
