Sug Knight is sueing Kanye West. Here is why. In 2005 Kanye West hosted a pre-VMA party at the Shore Club in Miami, FL. Because of not tough enough door security, a gun man was able to penetrate the scene and shoot Sug Knight in the leg. Sug Knight recently went bankrupt and filed a suit against Kanye in Bankrupcy Court in Los Angelas.
Sug accuses Kanye of not providing adequate security at his party; henceforth he should be responsible for paying the cost of Knight's hospital bills, including a long stay and a painful rehabilitation as well as the cost of a $135,000 15-carat diamond earring which was lost by Knight in the scuffle.

I do not think that Sug Knight actually has any real case here. Just not able to deal with his own problems.....I think that Kanye will not end up having to pay a penny.
