homosexuals don't have rights, being gay is considered immoral, in some states you can actually go to jail for that ... that is if they if you which I seriously doubt they could.

I'm pro gay marriage but it does neither. It doesn't affect marriage in any way but doesn't technically violate the rights of homosexuals because they were never officially established by the legislature.
