"Starbucks shares have plummeted by 56% in the last year," reports The Motley Fool.  "Its work is cut out for it, of course, and just how bad the consumer feels -- and for how long -- will be important."

The site adds: "Look at Starbucks over the years, and you may remember a time when the thought of having Starbucks trade at such a low multiple would have seemed outlandish. In fact, MSN Money has its five-year high price-to-earnings ratio at 71. A bad year and a no-show turnaround will do that to you."

i don't really like the coffee at Starbucks, but yesterday out of convenience i stopped in one. And the young man gave me small coffee - FOR FREE. i asked him twice if it was ok. Either he really liked me, or they are feeling the pinch.wow!

Ironic to think that years ago Starbucks influenced the demise of the great small, independent coffee shops.

They need to check out McDonald's, they need to get themselves a Ronald,,...So Starbucks: get that lady in the logo to become full size hottie with roasted coffee in her arms, big tits and flowing hair, then you will see the numbers increase, i shit you not.,
