omg that willl do sooooo bad! You can't have a black karate kid, he's supposed to be white plus no one wants to see a remake of that movie. Nothing can beat the original anyway.
To tell you the truth it just makes me want to go back and watch the original again, I love it so much. The sequel too. These started going down hill with part 3 and then the one with Hillary Swank totally sucked, so the Will Smith version, I can only imagine how bad it will be.

It seems to me like an outrageously poor idea. Completely derived and unoriginal. This is one that I promise I will not see.

Wasn't a great movie the first time around... and it already had a ton of crappy sequels to grind it into the ground.
