What does this say about Brittney's parenting skills?

Brittney Spears' son, Jayden Spears was rushed to Hospital Emergency Room at the Southwest Mississippi Regional Medical Center by his mother on Sunday between two and three p.m.

Apparently the youngtser had had an allergic reaction to something he ate, he remained overnight in the Hospital and it has not since become public knowledge whether or not he has yet been released.
