With increasingly scarce water resources a new map has been drawn in an effort to head off conflicts before they start. In the past eight years we fought over oil, let us hope that in the next eight we don't end up fighting over water.

I read somewhere that Canada has more freshwater lakes than any other country. If water becomes a scarce commodity, then they should worry that the U.S. might decide to "liberate" them as well.
