Should countries refuse Omar Bin Laden's the right to live in them just because of his terrorist father?

Osama Bin Laden's fourth son, Omar Bin Laden, a businessman and minor celebrity (due to his notorious father), has a hard time finding a country to live in. He was just denied the right to live in Spain and was deported to Egypt, where officials announced they will deny him as well. Bin Laden's visa was also revoked earlier this year in England. He is now rumored to try his luck in Qatar, though it is not clear if Qatar will accept him either.

Omar Bin Laden is one of bin Laden's many sons, and he stopped living with his father years before the Sept. 11 attacks on the United States.
