In an interview with MTV, Barack Obama told America's young people to pull up their sagging pants.
"Obama fielded a question from Eric, a Huntington Beach, Calif., man who referenced a town ordinance that tried to outlaw a street fashion trend in which young men wear their baggy pants down well below their underwear," reports the New York Post. "Obama said such laws were 'a waste of time,' but didn't hold back on his own view on the fad."

There's a reason why they call it UNDERwear. I think it looks ridiculous, and often get a good laugh at the stupidity, but it is rather harmless, when you consider what else is going on in this world.
It's just an opinion. I know it isn't reasonable. Well...unless it is indecent exposure like those two frat boys up there.
To the point of going to court over it?
a little bit of sag is sexy here and there -- but it's a fine line.
