Nov 3rd, 2008 | Interstellar Portals survey
Cool?
Last week at the 2008 Plasma Workshop in Huntsville, Alabama scientists discussed a late discovery of theirs concerning tiny magnetic portals found in the atmosphere which open up roughly every eight minutes to connect Earth with it's host star, what we call the Sun. When they open high-energy particles travel the 93 million miles between the planet and its' light source.
