My home state of Georgia is now a toss-up state, according to the poll data at RealClearPolitics.com. I may be wrong, but I don't think that's happened since Carter's campaign, some 32 years ago. Usually, Georgia is predictably solid red, but I always cast my vote anyway. This time, my vote might actually make a difference.
That is why I have never been in support of the 'electoral college'.
I'm to young... plus politics scare the hell out of me... but I'll run for president some day anyway ;)
The lighter states aren't EV heavy either so neither candidate is going to win the election on just winning those states.
