If I were Joe I'd be putting together my lawsuits against several Ohio government agencies that illegally acessed his tax, criminal, license, and child support records. Funny how people who oppose the government listening in on terrorists cell phone conversations don't mind a campaign using illegal access to government records to attempt to smear someone who's only crime was in asking a legitimate question to the United States Senator.
