Corday was a lone nut with a knife. Czolgocz was a lone nut with a gun. Oswald was a lone nut with a gun. Chapman was a lone nut with a gun Sirhan was a lone nut with a gun. James Earl Ray was a drug smuggler with a gun. There have been conspiracies- Lincoln was killed by a close knit gang of Confederate sympathisers, Rasputin was killed by a tight knit group of homosexual Russian aristocrats, Caesar was killed by the Roman Senate, and Franz Ferdinand was killed by a gang of four Serbian students. However, if you take into account assassination attempts by large organised conspiracies, they seldom work. There were thirty or so such conspiracies against Hitler. There were a dozen against DeGualle. There were a few against Thatcher. The problem with well organised assassination attempts, is there is too much to be left to chance. The simple fact is that Oswald read in the paper that Kennedy was going to be driving past his place of work, and he took his gun there and shot him. He was a punk. He was a troublemaker. He enjoyed getting arrested, he enjoyed being the centre of attention. If you look at the footage of him after he got arrested, he had a little smirk on his face like the cat that ate the cream, right up to the point where he was shot. The little shit was enjoying it. I hope he rots.
