Maybe she wants to retire from her Show? It is a nice way to bow out - my country calls. Interesting though is the level of confidence that now exists with the Democrats. They seem to have sewn things up already

That would be so beneath her pay grade. But who could say whether it would be a bad decision? Surely, the post should go with somebody with international diplomatic experience, but look at the people who have gotten ambassadorships in the past- Shirley Temple was once ambassador to Czechoslovakia. Joseph P. Kennedy was UK ambassador during the 1930s.

i agree!   I would hope she wouldn't be, she would need to give up something else in her life, she is stretched too thin for time as it is.
