What brain supplement do you take for smarts?

If you value your ability to make rational decisions, natural foods are not enough because soil is becoming poorer as our planet ages and nutrients are becoming scarcer. A diet including the "natural" posted compounds when used in coordination with a health nutritionist's dosage insure proper mental health. Of course your mileage may vary depending on the exercises you use - crossword puzzles, Sudoku, etc.

Not exactly, depends on a lot of variables. What's the oil it's accompanied with? Unless it's olive oil (i doubt it), you have to start subtracting benefits. Omegas 3,6,9 are good + calcium, but they are minor factors in actual stimulation of mental gymnastics. Certain natural chemicals are needed to stimulate brain cell growth, sardines help with the absorption but offer little else.

I eat sardines for lunch everyday... that's "brain food," isn't it?
