Frog leg pizza

Animal rights campaigners are furious over Britain's first-ever frogs' legs pizza. The dish contains between six and eight legs on a tomato and mozzarella base with capers, herbs, and a scoop of anchovy sorbet. It has been launched by London restaurant chain Eco, and priced £17.95.

Protestors have labeled this dish vicious and barbaric, because frogs' legs are traditionally amputated while they are still alive. Chef Sami Wasif of Eco restaurant calls it a refined pizza. dailymail
