What will you do to celebrate National Grouch Day?

Today is National Grouch Day. Originally started by Sesame Street magazine, Oct. 15 has taken on life beyond the children's program.

As reported by Associated Content, "The Pueblo Chieftain [newspaper] suggests celebrating National Grouch Day by leaving your favorite grouch alone to wallow in his grouchiness. Parenting Size Six suggests celebrating National Grouch Day by scowling at kittens, complaining about the sunshine, and barking 'scram!' at anyone who innocently asks a simple question. The Kansas City Public Library is sponsoring a National Grouch Day celebration on Friday, with 'a salute to some of everyone's favorite grumps.'"

There are even National Grouch Day e-cards to spread the bad cheer.
