Not 100% benefit - their share along with the other States. That's why we are SUPPOSEDLY the UNITED States of America.

Of course, be fair, the oil DOES come from Alaska, why shouldnt they benefit?

Granted it will only increase prices at first, but OTHER sources exist outside BIG oil. When these sources become more available prices will stabilize. Palin's benefit plan will fail because only Alaskans reap the rewards, not the Continental US.
