I have five boys and two girls, because I kept on wishing for a girl and kept on getting boys. My two girls can do what our boys should do or what my wife does not do, besides cooking, baking, laundry, sewing, gardening, house painting, shopping diligently and simply being compassionate (And they do these like they love doing them). In our culture our daughters are our old age insurance. A son is more often then not subjected to his wife's whims and wishes, so parents in our society, with the minimal of exception, will be looked after by their daughters inspite of their husbands' thinking, when they get older. Retirement homes are unheard of in our society. Only daughters' homes.
I'm partial to girls because they are much easier when they are younger. I know boys are suppose to be easier as teens, but I still prefer girls. Although, I'll be happy with whatever we get with our next child.
