Hypocrisy Part 2: Do you accept that sometimes you are yourself hypocritical?

Hypocrisy Quotations

 1. Hannah ArendtWhat makes it so plausible to assume that hypocrisy is the vice of vices is that integrity can indeed exist under the cover of all other vices except this one. Only crime and the criminal, it is true, confront us with the perplexity of radical evil; but only the hypocrite is really rotten to the core -  2. Raisa GorbachevHypocrisy, the lie, is the true sister of evil, intolerance, and cruelty –.

Tell me about it? I understand you completely. I drank so much Fiji Bitter for instance as a young man and in my so called prime days, and now when I want to tell my boys that it does not pay to drink alchohol, they agree and laugh it off "Yeah Dad". Man it is a painful thing isn't it because we can already see the painful result and they don't want to see it by choice?

Ofcourse if I am being a hypocrite it is unintentional. In all of my worldy affairs, I try to be a fair person and firm in my convictions without ever having a closed mind. Practicing what I preach is a good example of this.

Mostly while raising my kids. I was a wild weed growing up and tried very had to teach my kids to do as I say, not as I did. In a hypocritical attempt to save them from un-necessary pain.
