Blind loyalty is not a good thing. If your government is doing something that is evil or just plain harmful, then it is your duty to resist. And if Obama is elected, then I suspect that THAT is what YOU will be doing.

well it certainly isn't great because of the government and government bureaucracy....---------- ----------------------nat ionalistsloyalty and devotion to a nation ; especially : a sense of national consciousness exalting one nation above all others and placing primary emphasis on promotion of its culture and interests as opposed to those of other nations or supranational groups------------------------------------HELL YEAH..... it is better than being a socialist who wants government to take care of them and make their decisions for them...

No, there have been several smaller terrorist attacks in many different countries, and Iraq is being attacked by terrorists almost daily. So the world is NOT safer.

The terrorists are evil, but they are drawn to it through corrupted ideologies and fear. We can do two things to prevent recruitment of terrorism, that is showing the unrecruited (practically everyone) how corrupted the terrorist ideology is, and not giving people something to fear.

It takes a stronger man to wage peace than to wage war. That's a fact. Look to Gandhi, Martin Luther King Jr, or Jesus Christ for examples. These were very strong men, and also men of peace. -Simple belligerence and aggressive behavior... those are the marks of weakness.

It's like dealing with a bully; you have to stand up to them. Let them go and they will keep on being a bully.  Show them strength and they will eventually back down.-Obama is a democrat, democrats are weak, I think it leads back to the 60's with all the anti war, peace and love hippy crap.  You cant show any weakness as a person or a nation when dealing with an evil force such as terrorisim.  That is unless you don't view terrorist as evil?

and how will this happen? Bush has been provoking them and has caused a power vacuum in Iraq which has acted as a recruiting ground for terrorists. The bombings in London, Madrid, Bali and the Australian Embassy in Jakarta were due primarily to the war in Iraq, and suicide bombings are happening daily there. How could Obama make that any worse?

If your boy Osama-obama gets in office it will only get worse. Fasten your seatbelt moron, it's going to be a bumpy ride. In the meantime why don't you try being quiet & shiut that big pie hole of yours.

The London bombings, the Madrid bombings, the bombing of the Australian embassy in Jakarta and the Bali bombings all were sparked by the war in Iraq. Sicide bombings occur daily in Iraq. What I want to know is, HOW is the world safer?
