It's sad that animals have to live without a home and a regular meal. It's not a situation that they caused themselves. There is nothing that they can do to improve their lives either. Strays deserve so much more.
It should be law that all pets are neutered. The only exception should be for breeders, but something has to be done, because here in Montreal local SPCAs are full of animals and it's sad to see. There have also been stories of animal mills that severely mistreated pets.

I feel terrible for neglected pets. Particularly dogs, since they are so loyal. It seems like a horrible betrayal to abandon one.
People who care about this should support the local Humane Society, and spay or neuter their pets.
