I don't think he was fooled by Bush; I think he was fully aware of what he was doing. Remember, Powell's rightwing "credentials" go back a long way, all the way back to the coverup of the My Lai massacre.

I thought he was already backing Obama? He was fooled once by bush, i doubt it will happen again.
