I am afraid I am not wealthy enough to decide style - so I'll prefer what I can afford to maintain a comfortable life. In our culture the only furniture we need are one large mat on a good clean floor and different little mats for different needs, eat, sleep, chat etc. WE eat on the floor, we sleep on the floor, we chat on the floor, and of course use the outdoor a lot for cooking, bath in the nearest pool or build a shower in the compound - just enough walls no roof. But ... we are now changing our culture and taking up the western culture and now we live in self-contained homes, which require a lot of furniture.
