It's a just a poll, Macbrock.  I put it up in a moment of frustration and it was meant to be sarcastic.

I try not to ASSUME anything or take the 180 degree approach to solving problems. Many variables exist, none of which is totally correct by itself and to take the 2 extremes eliminates the in-between look. It is not close-minded, your scope is limited.

I would like you to explain, since I feel I'm a fairly complex person.  In fact, I thought that my voting the one way while admitting to feelings that tend towards the other, I WAS being nuanced. So instead of just accusing me of being dogmatic and close-minded, how about telling me your opinion on the poll question.

That's because you live in a black and white world, without gray, or nuances. Either good or bad. For or against. And like your computer, either 0 or 1, you only see trees - not the forest.

Although I admit this is not always an easy position to maintain in the face of name-calling, dirty tricks and mean spirited, ugly, sneering hate and contempt from the other side, and I sometimes have the urge to smack the ever-loving crap out of some of them.
