democrats send mini army to alaska to dig up dirt on palin.... shouldn't obama and the democrats be worried about john mccain instead of sarah palin?

It's no surprise, then, that Democrats have airdropped a mini-army of 30 lawyers, investigators and opposition researchers into Anchorage, the state capital Juneau and Mrs. Palin's hometown of Wasilla to dig into her record and background. My sources report the first wave arrived in Anchorage less than 24 hours after John McCain selected her on August 29.

Of COURSE they would be looking for dirt. Because all the positive stuff will be put out on a platter by the Republicans. The negative stuff is all that is left to find.

Nope. Probably not.A running mate as influential and controversial as Sarah Palin could all but make or break McCain's entire campaign; and I'm sure that they figure that there's bound to be more dirt there.

Phil the Phool is like an annoying little kid that doesn't know when to shut the fuck up. Go to your room Phil & let the adults talk.

Whatever you say, Phil.  I'm going to go way out on a limb here and say they're looking for dirt.

Obama has been out there as a serious contender for two years. Palin has been out there for two and a half weeks.

One would think!  I'm guessing there are no plans to stop in Chicago on their way back.

But McCain is well known. He has been in the public eye for 30 years. Sarah Palin has been in the public eye (outside conservative politics and Alaskan politics that is) for two and a half weeks. She is the unknown factor that they have to find out about.
