But look how old Bush looks now... Clinton aged far more than 8 years during his time, as did Bush seior... The presidency takes it out of you... and he has had cancer...-However extreme longetivity does tend to run in families.Especially if you are of the same gender as the parent that lived a long time. If you are female and your mother lived to a hundred, then your  chances are good that you will live to a hundred. If you are male, and your father lived to a hundred, chances are that you will live to a hundred.  How long did his father live?

He doesn't look like he's 25 years oldBut I don't doubt that he's healthy enough for four to eight years of presidencyHe just looks a little beat up, which he is,Reagan was older, wasn't he?Please correct me if I'm wrong.

Well his mother is like 97 years old or something, and she looks fantastic. Also despite his appearance he's probably a very healthy guy. There's been times however where I've questioned this myself. He does look old.....

john mccain's mother is 96.....so, with a little reasoning and common sense,  john mccain still has a good 20 years left of life....

He certainly hasn't aged like wine and mellowed out now has he? Being in Washington all these years takes a toll of course. The stress accumulates and fights retirement, thinking the brass ring is still within reach. If he does become Prez, i hope he at least presides for 4 years....

Well 8 years in the White House would be quite wonderful, given the royal treatment he or she gets from the people of the US. It would be the responsibility that a President carries on his or her shoulders during that time, in terms of the people’s lives and welfare, which would takes its toll in a human being wouldn’t it? One strides enthusiastically in the beginning, but one or two terms later he or she would sort of walk out, perhaps thankful that he or she has survived, and to retire with dignity, as a former President of the most powerful Nation on Earth.

He's far from looking 25 (needed another option :-), but he looks pretty good for his age. I'm sure he'll be fine.

8 years later might have something to do with that.

They ALL age visibly when they have been in the White House for eight years. The only ones that didnt were Kennedy and Reagan, who didnt turn grey, his hair turned a kind of orange for some reason. -It is a pity that McCain was denied the nomination in 2000 by Bush and Rove. He would have made a FAR better president than Bush...

He's not looking too good. And you can definitely see age affecting Bush now, especially if you compare him now and at his early days in term.
