NYC apartment sold for record $48.9 million...


A penthouse duplex apartment at 1060 Fifth Avenue in Manhattan has reportedly sold for $48.9 million.  A 114.5-foot-long terrace and a greenhouse are among the property's features, though the New York Observer reports that it "still needs quite a bit of work."  (More)

uuugh id pay that for a nice big house in the country but id NEVER pay that for a stupid apartment in a busy city! I hate big cities and i hate apartments....you couldnt pay me to live in either!
