Who's the victim here?


A 27 year old blogger was arrested on suspicion of violating federal copywrite laws when he streamed 9 songs on his website antiquiet.com, from Guns N Roses' unreleased album "Chinese Democracy."

Kevin Cogill has not suffered any court ordered internet restrictions but will reappear in court again next month for a preliminary hearing.

It is unknown how reports of the songs on the website were leaked. Link
