What is the longest you've had an Apple Ipod survive for?

i had a creative labs micro photo that lasted 2 years. i recently bought an insignia mainly b/c it was cheap and it has bluetooth & i can always add more memory

I received one for Christmas around 3+ years ago and to the best of my knowledge it still works. I haven't used it in a long time though due to the fact that I no longer use Itunes. No complaints about Ipods on my part though. I think they are cool and very easy to use.

I had one for like a year or a year and a half or something.The survival kit got me a refurbished back-up after the first one broke after like 6 months or so. But after the second one broke after another 6 months I just caled it quits and decided to go Ipod-less. It was cool while it lasted :-)

Well, a month less than a year, so my warranty was still valid. They sent me another which broke, and another one after that which also broke. So, three ipods within a two year period, all duds. Maybe it's just me, but I haven't had a single problem with my Zune.
