haha, well this seems a bit unfair to me. I guess it makes perfect sence for businesses. Why not just cut special benefits if there are any, for these workers? Well apparently that's not the case anyway in Alabama. It would seem to me as though a large percent of the time obesity is beyond the fault of the individual. Just a gene. Like being gay. Atleast this is an argument that can be made.I can't help but be reminded of the Simpsons episode where Homer puts on weight to recieve benefits at work. Hahaha, I loved his fat person clothes.

They should pay more because they are creating a much higher risk that the rest of us should not have to pay for in the form of higher premiums.
