Great clip. I remember this. Biden you old bastard. Look at Hillary, she always looks nervous when other people are speaking. Good for her anyway.Tough poll all in all though ThePhilospher. I guess it could be cheap mentioning 9/11, then again it is a fair point; seeing as he uses it to express the idea that he was just as unqualified for presidency of the USA as George W Bush, when you think about it, did Guiliani really have ANOTHER strong credential to make him unique.

I have not seen much of Biden, would not recognise him if I bumped into him on the street, this is the first time I have seen him in action, and I already like him
