Do you believe in the Chupacabra?

The Chupacabra (which means "goat-sucker" in Spanish) is an alleged creature that attacks livestock and drinks their blood.  It was first reported in Puerto Rico in the 1990s and there have since been sightings in Mexico and the U.S., particularly in Latin communities.  Physical descriptions of the beast vary; some people have described the creature as being the size of a small bear.
