I got my balls smashed by my wife, went to the local police station, and became a laughing stock. with a free and superfluous advice, to bear with my wife (and she got a way with a warning).imagine if i had hit my wife, will i actually get away with a warning? why not!! so while she gets all the encouragement to repeat her acts, i am being discouraged from taking any action and forced to be a silent victim, with no rights.. and what if i press for a divorce! i pay alimony, part with my hard earned money, or else, get arrested (with my family) under a false anti dowry case. (or worse still, part with the money as well as get arrested.. so what do i prefer.. getting my balls smashed, or face an arrest.. i do have smart choices in life, haven't ! i chose the option#2. lets see.. at least i can save my balls for a better day.. which will surely come, God willing..

Yes The Laws need to be different 'cause in India women are not treated like normal humans - they have seperate laws which a few use for protection while a majority uses it for quick money, they have seperate buses and reserved seats in public transport utilities (in any other country such reservations exist only for the handicaped) which few use majority uses the remaining seats leaving hardly any for the men, they commit crimes and the judges and the police are so happy to give a pat and a pardon expecting to take them to bed. http://www.merinews.com/catFull.jsp?articleID=136867
If one wants to learn what is gender-bias, then one should study India. In my country - men do not have any rights. Take any field - be it legal, economical, educational, social - it's always the men who suffer - and they have been suffering for centuries now. Legal - the laws in India are so much so biased that even sleeping around is legally allowed for married women, while its a criminal offense for men. Economical - men have to pay higher income taxes for the same income just because of their gender. Educational: Education is free for women while men have to pay.Social: Well, women in India just sit at home and relax. Only men are supposed to earn!
