I think there´s a lot more in the necro than many, incluiding blizzard, thinks... I hadn't heard anything about the Bone or Poison necros, a pair of builds that aren't really based on summon, and are a good example of the necro's TRUE power...
I think a lot of people are too caught up on the name "witch doctor" I did think the same as well, I was like "witchdocter? wtf? sounds gay" But if you actually watch the videos of him and his spells. I believe he is like a Necromancer just improved. he can still raise things and has pets and poisen and everything and he has added things as well.
Personally , to be honest... I think most people would prefer a necromancer, i know i personally do... Witch doctor...sounds more like a World of Warcraft thing... and diablo and warcraft are different.. as diablo is more of an evillish style of game...and necromancer suits it better than a witch doctor. Necro's were good fun.

I heard they were dropping the Necromancer and bringing one new character called THE REAPER with similar capabilities...
Not every day. But the point is this:Shamanistic tribal voodoo mumbo jumbo <<< Death, skulls, zombies and drain life.
