ahhhh and why do you hide behind a guest id...why not sign on and show who you really are, at least those that post comments and their mind sign in...wait that would mean you would have to show who you are really are...and you don't want to do that now do you!
Ahhhh Buddy..... you always speak before you think. Consider the options: do you think that maybe Fmccue7 could be John D Ayer? If you are not sure then you shouldnt say anything or you sould at least give credit that you are not sure and just speaking on a hunch.
What do you mean "to me?" You copied and pasted your entire argument from a Yahoo Groups member named John D Ayer. You didn't even give credit to this man for his admittedly creative number juggling. Playing with averages in order to make the weaker argument appear the stronger isn't sound judgment to begin with, but heaping plagarism on top is beneath even you. You could at least attempt to string together your own words, but then what can I expect? Your name and identity is derived from a weak mockery of mine.
Under international law the US would have to prove that Iraq was a threat to the US. Iraq was proven to not have been behind 9-11 and Iraq was proven to not have any weapons of mass destruction, despite efforts on behalf of the war hawks to prove they did (even going to the extent of exposing the wife of a diplomat who would not play ball as a spy, even though doing so jeopardised the safety of agents working for the US).
According to:http://icasualties.org/oif/4124 US soldiers have died in Iraq.Between 1980 and 2006 the average number of soldiers that have died per year is 1,560.The average number of deaths between 1980 and 2000 is 1,586.The average number of military deaths between 2001 and 2006 is 1,465.I have to wonder why people are making a huge deal about the deaths of soldiers during the Bush administration while the number of deaths during the Iraq war is actually below the peacetime average. Why didn't people care about the lives of soldiers during peacetime when the average number of deaths per year was higher? To me these statistics establish that politicians, specifically Liberal Democrats, don't care about soldiers deaths and politicians only use death statistics for their own political gain
As of Monday, July 28, 2008, at least 4,124 members of the U.S. military have died in the Iraq war since it began in March 2003, according to an Associated Press count.

so what you are implying is that it is safer now for US troops now that there is a war on and they are in Iraq?
