For the most part, Steve Jobs makes himself into a public figure. I can think of relatively few CEOs who have made as big a spectacle of themselves. I don't think his privacy is forfeit for being an executive in a large company, as much as I think he has forfeited it by making himself into a technology fasion poster boy.
