Am I the only one that is annoyed by this?


Within the last couple of years, I've noticed a trend with movie theaters...besides the rising prices of tickets.

I know that movie theaters do not make their money from selling tickets, but they do make their money off of concessions. This is why prices are soooo high. This I have learned to accept. But, the trend that I now see is that we are paying $5 or more for a bag of popcorn that has been popped and then placed under heating lamps! This is bullshit! I already feel slightly cheated from paying $5 for popcorn...and yes..I do have a choice in buying popcorn or not. I choose to buy popcorn, but I also choose to ask the sales clerk to gather up popcorn from the machine and not give me the crap that's been sitting under the lamp for who knows how long.

Am I the only one that is annoyed by this?
