Tricia Walsh Smith loses divorce case

Tricia Walsh Smith is the actress who posted a Youtube video regarding her divorce from Broadway mogul Phil Smith.

Walsh Smith refused to leave the couple's apartment on 5th avenue in New York, despite having a prenuptial agreement with Smith keeping the apartment in his property. She also demanded a substantial monatery settlement. 

AP reports that "after the ruling, Mr Smith said he was “sorry it had to come to this” and that he was happy with the outcome. However, Ms Walsh-Smith said: “I think it’s disgusting. I’m really, really disappointed with the decision”.
