Who should really have sole custody of Sean Preston and Jayden James?

Recently it was decided that Kevin Federline has, by doing nearly nothing, gained full custody of Jayden James and Sean Preston, his children with Britney Spears (as if you didnt already know that one). Do you think it was the right decision?
